A tunnel kiln is usually a long straight tunnel with fixed walls and top structures on both sides and top, and tracks at the bottom for the kiln car to run.
The process mainly includes drying and dehumidification section, preheating section, firing section and cooling section.
Tunnel kilns can be divided into prefabricated tunnel kilns, masonry tunnel kilns, blue brick and blue tile tunnel kilns, ceramic brick tunnel kilns and new energy positive and negative electrode material tunnel kilns.
Main building materials: high-quality steel
1. Continuous production, short cycle, large output and high quality.
2. Save raw materials. Working on the countercurrent principle, the heat retention and waste heat utilization are good, which can save about 50-60% of fuel.
3. The firing time is shortened. Compared with ordinary large kilns, it takes 3-5 days from loading to unloading, while the tunnel kiln can be completed in about 20 hours.
4. Save labor. The use of intelligent equipment improves the working conditions of operators and reduces labor intensity.
5. Improve quality. The temperatures of the three parts of the preheating zone, firing zone and cooling zone are easy to grasp the firing rules, so the breakage rate is low.
6. The kiln body and kiln tools have a long service life and save maintenance costs. Because each stage in the kiln has a certain temperature range, it is not affected by rapid cooling and heating.
7. Save maintenance costs. The kiln body and kiln tools are made of high-quality steel and high-temperature resistant refractory materials, and are generally repaired once every 5-7 years.
Used for calcining green bricks and tiles, ceramics, new energy materials, etc.
